CHAIR EGAN  announced SB 38 to  be up for consideration.  He said                                                               
public testimony was closed. There were no questions.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  PASKVAN  moved  to  report SB  38  from  committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations  and attached fiscal note.  There were                                                               
no objections and it was so ordered.
