SENATOR  BETTYE DAVIS  explained  the bill.  She stated  that                                                                   
the bill would reinstate Denali Kid Care.

Co-Chair Hoffman MOVED  to report SB 5 out  of committee with                                                                   
individual recommendations and  the three accompanying fiscal                                                                   
impact note(s). Seeing NO OBJECTION it was so ordered.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SB  5  was  REPORTED  out  of  committee  with  a  "do  pass"                                                                   
recommendation  and with  three  previously published  fiscal                                                                   
impact  notes  from  the  Department  of  Health  and  Social                                                                   
Services.
