 The Free Conference Committee on SB 123 was called to order by                
 Chairman Mike Miller at 3:05 p.m.  In attendance were Senators                
 Miller and Adams and Representatives Toohey, Kott and Elton.

 Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous consent that FCCS SB 123 be           
 adopted.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.                            
                                                                               
 Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous consent that FCCS SB 123 be           
 passed out of committee with individual recommendations.  Hearing             
 no objection, it was so ordered.
