There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered. 11:00:45 AM LANGUAGE    Chairman Hoffman noted that a language difference was omitted from the motion sheet. The House version of the bill stated that a transfer of money from the earnings reserve account to the Permanent Fund Dividend does not lapse. The Senate version omits the reference so the transfer to the Permanent Fund would lapse on June 30, 2011. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered. Chairman Hoffman thanked the House members for their work on the Conference Committee. He believed that the balance of the budget will serve the citizens of the state. Co-Chair Stoltze acknowledged his colleagues for the hard work on the budgeting process. Representative Gara and Co- Chair Hawker echoed the sentiment. Vice-Chair Hawker MOVED that the Committee give authorization to Legislative Finance and Alaska Legislative Legal Division to make any necessary technical and conforming amendments on the two bills and that the Committee report out of Committee CS for HB 300 and HB 302.
