CHAIR KREISS-TOMKINS  announced that the final  order of business                                                               
would  be  HOUSE  CONCURRENT  RESOLUTION   NO.  1,  Proposing  an                                                               
amendment to  the Uniform Rules  of the Alaska  State Legislature
