CHAIR WEYHRAUCH  announced that  the next  order of  business was                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 241, "An  Act relating to optional exemptions from                                                               
municipal property taxes on residential property."                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR WEYHRAUCH  reminded the committee members  that before them                                                               
was  the  committee  substitute  (CS) for  HB  241,  Version  23-
