CHAIR KOTT  announced that the  first order of business  would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 304, "An Act  relating to disposition of income of                                                               
the permanent fund; and providing for an effective date."

REPRESENTATIVE  PORTER  moved  that  the  committee  rescind  its                                                               
action in failing to report  CSHB 304(RLS) from committee.  There                                                               
being  no  objection,  [Version 22-LS1207\T,  Cook,  4/5/02]  was                                                               
before the committee.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
REPRESENTATIVE PORTER  moved to report  CSHB 304 [Version  T] out                                                               
of   committee   with    individual   recommendations   and   the                                                               
accompanying  fiscal  notes.   There  being  no  objection,  CSHB                                                               
304(RLS) was reported from the House Rules Standing Committee.
