WESLEY KNAPP, Superintendent, Aleutians East Borough School District, gave a presentation regarding teacher retention and recruitment. BETTY WALTERS, Alaska Council Of School Administrators. gave a presentation concerning the exit exam. STEVEN CATHERS, Superintendent, Valdez City School District, addressed funding issues. ANNOUNCEMENTS  No announcements were made COMMITTEE ACTION  The committee took no action.
