Co-Chair  Wilson  relayed  that public  testimony  had  been                                                                    
heard and the fiscal notes  had been discussed. She wondered                                                                    
if the  committee had any  further questions or  comments on                                                                    
the bill.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Vice-Chair Johnston MOVED to report CSSB 37(FIN) out of                                                                         
Committee   with   individual    recommendations   and   the                                                                    
accompanying fiscal notes.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 37(FIN) was REPORTED out  of committee with a "do pass"                                                                    
recommendation  and with  three previously  published fiscal                                                                    
impact   notes:  FN2(SFIN/DHS),   FN3(SFIN/Fund  Cap),   and                                                                    
FN4(SFIN/Fund Transfer).
