Co-Chair Larson noted that HB 101 was passed out of the Labor and Commerce Committee with five "do pass" recommendations. He noted that HB 101 was requested by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers to assure the State's adoption of the minimum electrical safety standards for the State as set by the American National Standards Institute.
