CO-CHAIR DONLEY called the Conference  Committee on HB 225 meeting                                                              
to order at 8:45  a.m.  Members present at the  call to order were                                                              
Representatives  Green, Croft and  Harris and Senators  Donley and                                                              
Miller.                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CO-CHAIR DONLEY announced  that before the committee  is the final                                                              
version  of the  Conference  committee substitute  (CCS)  [version                                                              
LS0931\C].   He  explained  that the  business  for the  committee                                                              
today  is to  adopt  a final  CCS  and transmit  a  report to  the                                                              
presiding officers.

SENATOR MILLER moved  that the committee report CCS  HB 225 to the                                                              
full body for consideration.  There  being no objection, it was so                                                              
ordered.
