CHAIR  JAMES KAUFMAN  called the  Senate Transportation  Standing                                                             
Committee meeting  to order at 1:30  p.m. Present at the  call to                                                               
order  were  Senators  Wilson,  Tobin,  Kiehl,  Myers  and  Chair

CHAIR KAUFMAN announced the consideration  of SENATE BILL NO. 141                                                               
"An Act naming the Raymond and Esther Conquest Bridge."                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
[The  committee  previously adopted  CSSB  141,  version B.]  The                                                               
intention is to take public testimony.

CHAIR KAUFMAN asked  the committee members if  they had questions                                                               
for  Sam  Greely, staff  to  Senator  Lyman Hoffman.  Finding  no

CHAIR KAUFMAN  opened public testimony  on SB 141;  finding none,
