CHAIR KOOKESH announced CSHB 126(JUD)(title am) to up for
consideration.
RANDY RUARO, aide to Representative Johansen, said that the bill

SENATOR COWDERY said that everyone he's talked with is in

MR. RUARO said that there has been no opposition to date.
1:34:58 PM
CHAIR KOOKESH asked if the DMV supports the bill.
DUANE BANNOCK, Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV),
replied that it does.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to pass CSHB 128(JUD)(title am) from
committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal
note(s). There being no objection, it was so ordered.
There being no further business to come before the committee,
