amendments to the statutes relating to the home; and providing

CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the Senate Rules Committee meeting
to order at 11:54 a.m. Senators Ellis, Therriault and Phillips
were present. The committee took up SB 2001.
SENATOR ELLIS moved to calendar SB 2001-PIONEERS' AND VETERANS'
HOME/ADVISORY BD with its accompanying fiscal notes at the
Chairman's discretion.
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that without objection, the motion
carried.
SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to calendar SB 2006-APPROP: CAPITAL
PROJECTS at the Chairman's discretion.
SENATOR ELLIS objected.
The committee took an at-ease.
SENATORS COWDERY and HALFORD arrived and the committee
reconvened.
SENATOR THERRIAULT repeated his motion to calendar SB 2006.
SENATOR ELLIS objected.
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced the motion to calendar SB 2006
carried with Senators Halford, Therriault, Cowdery and Phillips
in favor and Senator Ellis opposed.
SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar SB 2007-APPROP: CONST. CBR.
SENATOR ELLIS objected.
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced the motion to calendar SB 2006
carried with Senators Halford, Therriault, Cowdery and Phillips
in favor and Senator Ellis opposed.
There being no further business to come before the committee,
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS adjourned the meeting.
