to order at 10:34 a.m. Senators Cowdery, Phillips and Ellis were
present.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar HB 243-VERIFY AGE REQD FOR
DEFENSE IN SEX CRIMES with its accompanying fiscal notes at the
Chairman's discretion.
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that with no objection, the motion
carried.
