CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the Senate Rules Committee meeting
to order at 10:35 a.m. Senators Cowdery, Therriault, Ellis and
Phillips were present. The committee took up SB 100-PERSONAL
VEHICLES/ REGISTRATION.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to adopt a Senate Rules committee
substitute to SB 100.
There being no objection, the Senate Rules Committee substitute
was adopted as the working document of the committee.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar CS SSSB 100(RLS) and its
accompanying fiscal note at the Chairman's discretion. There
being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar HCR 26-HOUSE ARREST/ELECTRONIC
MONITORING at the Chairman's discretion. There being no
objection, the motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the committee,
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS adjourned the meeting at 10:41 a.m.
