CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the Senate Rules Committee meeting
to order at 10:32 a.m. Present were Senators Cowdery, Ellis and
Phillips.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 115-EXTEND BD. OF STORAGE
TANK ASSISTANCE with individual recommendations.
MR. JOHN BARNETT, a contractor for the Board of Storage Tank
Assistance, informed committee members he was available to answer
questions.
There being no questions, CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS asked for a show of
approval to calendar SB 115. The motion carried 3:0.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 153-UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK
LOAN FUND with individual recommendations.
MR. JOHN BARNETT, a contractor for the Board of Storage Tank
Assistance, informed committee members he was available to answer
questions.
There being no questions, CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS asked for a show of
approval to calendar SB 153. The motion carried 3:0.
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced the arrival of Senator Therriault.
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SCR 21-TREATMENT FOR DISTURBED
CHILDREN and asked for unanimous consent.
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced the motion carried with a 4:0 vote.
There being no further business to come before the committee.
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS adjourned the meeting at 10:35 a.m.
