CHAIRWOMAN DRUE  PEARCE called the Senate Rules  Committee meeting                                                            
to order  at 3:20 p.m.  All members were  present.   She announced                                                              
that  the  corrected  fiscal  notes  were  in  committee  members'                                                              
packets.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PHILLIPS moved  to calendar the Senate  Finance version of                                                              
HB 260-COMMER.PASSENGER VESSEL REGULATION  & FEES.  There being no                                                            
objection, the motion carried.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
There  being no  further business  to come  before the  committee,                                                              
CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE adjourned the meeting at 3:21 p.m.
