CHAIRWOMAN DRUE PEARCE  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to                                                          
order at  8:15 p.m.  All members  were present.   Chairwoman  Pearce                                                            
announced that  the committee has  before it a corrected  version of                                                            
SCS CSHB  184(JUD),  which is  Version P.   The  committee needs  to                                                            
rescind its action  in adopting the incorrect version  at a previous                                                            
meeting.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT moved  to rescind the committee's action to adopt                                                            
SCS CSHB 184(JUD) (4/18/01 version) for calendaring.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection,  CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced the motion to                                                            
calendar  HB 184 was  rescinded and  that Version  P was before  the                                                            
committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to calendar SCS CSHB 184(JUD), version P.                                                              
There being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
There being no further business to come before the committee,                                                                   
CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE recessed the meeting to a call of the Chair.
