CHAIRWOMAN DRUE PEARCE  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to                                                          
order at  11:00 a.m.  Present  were Senators  Therriault, Ellis  and                                                            
Pearce.  CSHB 81(FIN) was before the committee.                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved to calendar  CSHB 81(FIN)-DENTISTS/DENTAL                                                         
HYGIENISTS  & ASSISTANTS with its  accompanying fiscal note.   There                                                        
being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
There  being no  further  business  to come  before  the  committee,                                                            
CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE adjourned the meeting at 11:01 a.m.
