CHAIRWOMAN DRUE PEARCE  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to                                                          
order  at  10:55  a.m.  Senators  Cowdery,  Ellis  and  Pearce  were                                                            
present.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE  announced that a committee substitute  to SB 121-                                                        
RIGHT-OF-WAY  LEASING  ACT  was  adopted  by  the  Senate  Resources                                                        
Committee and that the bill has a zero fiscal note.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to  calendar all versions  of SB 121.   There                                                            
being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                         
There being no further business to come before the committee,                                                                   
CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced the Senate Rules Committee would meet                                                               
the following day and adjourned the meeting at 10:57 a.m.
