CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 6:40 p.m. Present were Senators Ellis, Miller, Leman and
Chairman Kelly were present.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all Senate versions of HB 211-
HEALTH CARE INSURANCE:MANAGED CARE PLANS with accompanying fiscal
notes and individual recommendations at the Chairman's discretion.
There being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all Senate versions of HB 291-
ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE NOTICE with accompanying fiscal notes and
individual recommendations at the Chairman's discretion. There
being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all Senate versions of HB 325-
