at 1:23 p.m. Present were Senators Tim Kelly, Leman, Miller,
Ellis, and Pearce. The first order of business to come before the

SENATOR LEMAN moved SCS CSHB 37(FIN) out of committee with
individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for
calendaring at the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the
motion carried.
SB 311-G.O.BONDS: TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of SB 311 with individual
