CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 1:50 p.m. Present were Senators Ellis, Leman, Miller, and
Chairman Kelly.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar, at the Chairman's discretion, all
versions of SCR 18-SUSPEND RULES CONCERNING HB 114 with individual
recommendations. There being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar, at the Chairman's discretion, all
Senate versions of HB 25-RIVER HABITAT PROTECTION TAX CREDIT with
individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes. There
being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar, at the Chairman's discretion, all
versions of HB 114-REPEAL PROHIBITION ANTLERLESS MOOSE with
individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes. There
being no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar, at the Chairman's discretion, all

CHAIRMAN KELLY noted that he is aware that concerns about HB 420
exist but that those concerns can be addressed during the floor
debate. There being no further business to come before the
committee, CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 4:13 p.m.
