CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:23 p.m. Present were Senators Leman, Miller, Pearce and
Chairman Kelly.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 26-FALSE INFORMATION/REPORT TO POLICE with
accompanying fiscal notes and individual recommendations for
calendaring at the Chairman's discretion. There being no
objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 301-CHITINA DIPNET FISHING PERMIT with
accompanying fiscal notes and individual recommendations for
calendaring at the Chairman's discretion. There being no
objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved HB 429-MORATORIA: HAIR CRAB & SCALLOP FISHERIES
with accompanying fiscal notes and individual recommendations for
calendaring at the Chairman's discretion. There being no
objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR LEMAN moved CSHB 435(JUD)-REVISOR'S BILL with accompanying
fiscal notes and individual recommendations for calendaring at the
Chairman's discretion. There being no objection, the motion
carried.
