CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:02 p.m. Present were Senators T. Kelly, Miller, Leman, and
Ellis. The first order of business to come before the committee
was SCR 16.
SCR 16-AVALANCHE AWARENESS MONTH
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of SCR 16 with individual
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at
the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the motion carried.
HJR 56-CONST. AM: WILDLIFE INITIATIVES
SENATOR LEMAN moved HJR 56 with individual recommendations and
accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at the Chairman's
discretion. SENATOR ELLIS objected. The motion carried with
Senators Kelly, Miller, and Leman voting "Yea", and Senator Ellis
voting "Nay."
SB 212-FISH & GAME GRANTS
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of SB 212 with individual
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at
the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the motion carried.
SB 271-FEES FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENT INSPECTIONS
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of SB 271 with individual
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at
the Chairman's discretion. Without objection, the motion carried.
