CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 10:17 p.m. Present were Senators Leman, Miller, Ellis, and
Chairman Kelly.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar HB 199-STATE EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION.
SENATOR ELLIS objected. The motion to calendar HB 199 carried with
Senators Leman, Miller, and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator Ellis
voting "nay."
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar HB 34-REPORTING CRIMES AGAINST
CHILDREN. There being no objection, the motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the committee,
CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 10:19 p.m.
