CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 11:32 a.m. Present were Senators Leman, Pearce, Ellis and
Kelly, Chair.
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of SB 32-CAPITAL
BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS. SENATOR ELLIS objected. The motion to
calendar SB 32 carried with Senators Pearce, Leman and Kelly voting
"yea," and Senator Kelly voting "nay."
SENATOR PEARCE moved to calendar SB 103-NATIVE LANGUAGE EDUCATION.
There being no objection, the motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the committee,
CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 11:35 a.m.
