CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 11:37 a.m.  Present were Senators Leman, Miller, and Kelly.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY announced a proposed Senate Rules Committee                                                                      
substitute was prepared for SB 46.  That version renames the                                                                    
Capital School building the "Terry Miller Legislative Office                                                                    
Building" rather than the "Terry Miller Building."                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to adopt CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 46(RLS)                                                                     
"An Act naming the Terry Miller Legislative Office Building."                                                                   
There being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MILLER moved to report all versions of SB 46 out of                                                                     
committee with individual recommendations.  There being no                                                                      
objection, the motion carried.                                                                                                  
There being no further business to come before the committee,                                                                   
CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 11:37 a.m.
