CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order              
at 12:12 p.m., and noted the presence of Senators Taylor, Leman,               
Torgerson, Duncan and Kelly.                                                   
                                                                               
CHAIRMAN KELLY reviewed and requested calendaring motions on the               
items on the committee calendar.                                               
                                                                               
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 232 - ELECTRONIC            
RECORDS; RECORD REQUIREMENTS be approved for calendaring at the                
discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.             
                                                                               
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 281 - YAKUTAT               
GENERAL GRANT LAND ENTITLEMENT be approved for calendaring at the              
discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.             
                                                                               
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 274 - PROBATION             
AND PAROLE FEES be approved for calendaring at the discretion of               
the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
