CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 11:45 a.m., and noted all members present.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought HB 380 - REDUCE ROYALTY ON COOK INLET OIL &
GAS before the committee.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent HB 380 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.

SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent HB 462 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
