CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 3:30 p.m. After reviewing the committee calendar, he requested
calendaring motions on the legislation.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 349 - UNEMPLOY
EXEMPT AMATEUR SPORTS OFFICIAL be approved for calendaring at the
discretion of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent CSHB 310(RLS) -
UTILIZATION OF GROUNDFISH be approved for calendaring at the
discretion of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent HB 321 am - UNIFORM
PRUDENT INVESTOR ACT be approved for calendaring at the discretion
of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
