CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 11:40 a.m., and noted the presence of Senators Leman, Taylor,
Torgerson and Kelly.
CHAIRMAN KELLY reviewed the committee calendar and then requested
calendaring motions on the legislation.
SB 180 - STATE RIGHTS-OF-WAY: RS 2477
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 180 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
SB 250 - MANAGEMENT OF GAME
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 250 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
