CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:27 p.m. and noted the presence of Senators Leman, Torgerson,
Taylor and Kelly.
CHAIRMAN KELLY reviewed the committee calendar and then requested
calendaring motions on the legislation.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent SB 269 - PLUMBING
CODE be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent SJR 38 - APOLOGY
TO VILLAGE OF ANGOON be approved for calendaring at the discretion
of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent SJR 39 - SUPPORT
READING EXCELLENCE ACT be approved for calendaring at the
discretion of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
