CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 11:38 a.m., and noted the presence of Senators Taylor,
Torgerson, Leman and Kelly.
CHAIRMAN KELLY reviewed the legislation on the committee calendar
and then requested calendaring motions.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 195 - COMMON LAW
LIENS be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 240 - REPEAL
COIN-OPERATED DEVICE TAX be approved for calendaring at the
discretion of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 265 - MOOSE AS
STATE MAMMAL be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the
Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 275 - FUND
RAISING: GOV; LT. GOV; & CANDIDATES be approved for calendaring at
