CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:15 p.m.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 211 - RENAMING VET MEM BRIDGE IN
KETCHIKAN before the committee as the first order of business.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 211 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 221 - NEGATIVELY AMORTIZING LOANS before
the committee and asked for the pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 221 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 223 - SENIOR HOUSING before the committee
