CHAIRMAN LEMAN called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 12:25 p.m. He noted the presence of Senators Miller, Taylor,
Torgerson, Duncan and Leman.
CHAIRMAN LEMAN reviewed the committee agenda and requested
calendaring motions on the legislation.
SENATOR TORGERSON moved SB 25 (AUTOMATED VICTIM NOTIFICATION
SYSTEM) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR TORGERSON moved SB 139 (AID TO VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT/
E.M.T.S) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the
Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR TORGERSON moved HB 158 (RIGHT TO ATTEND SCHOOL ON PART-TIM
BASIS) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
