VICE CHAIRMAN LEMAN called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to
order at 10:55 a.m., and noted the presence of Senators Torgerson,
Taylor and Leman.
VICE CHAIRMAN LEMAN reviewed the committee agenda and requested
calendaring motions on the legislation.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved SB 21 (ALASKA MARINE HIGHWAY AUTHORITY) be
approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing
no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved SB 103 (HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FEES &
HEARINGS) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the
Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved CSHB 9(FIN) am (VICTIMS' RIGHTS/ CRIMINAL LAW
