CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 10:55 a.m., and noted the presence of Senators Leman, Taylor and
Kelly.
CHAIRMAN KELLY outlined the committee agenda and then asked for
motions on the legislation.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 9 (CAP PROJ MATCHING GRANT FOR INDIAN
RESERV) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 164 (AUTHORITY OF EMERGENCY MED TECHS) be
approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing
no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SJR 25 (SUPPORT ACCESS TO DENALI/WONDER LAKE)
be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved CSHB 112(FIN) (AMEND DEFINITION OF "POLITICAL
PARTY") be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
