CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 10:53 a.m., and noted the presence of Senators Leman, Taylor,
Duncan and Kelly.
CHAIRMAN KELLY outlined the committee agenda and requested
calendaring motions on the legislation.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 89 (BARBERS AND HAIRDRESSERS) be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 91 (PHYSICAL THERAPY AND OCCUPATIONAL
THERAPY) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the
Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 122 (INS.COVERAGE:MARRIAGE & FAMILY
THERAPIST) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the
Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 161 (PERM. FUND CORP TO MANAGE MUNI ASSETS)
be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
