CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 10:50 a.m.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 68 (TASK FORCE ON PRIVATIZATION) before
the committee. Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of
the committee.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved SB 68 be approved for calendaring at the
discretion of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 126 (STATE EMPLOYEES RIP AMENDMENTS)
before the committee. Hearing no discussion, he asked for the
pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved SB 126 be approved for calendaring at the
discretion of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
