CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 10:50 a.m. He noted the presence of Senators Taylor, Leman and
Kelly.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SCR 7 (THIRTY-FIRST ANNUAL BOYS' STATE)
before the committee. There being no discussion, he asked for the
pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SCR 7 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chairman. SENATOR TAYLOR
objected and amended the motion to include SCR 8 (TWENTY-NINTH

(DISCLOSURE OF SALMON PRICES). Hearing no objection, CHAIRMAN
KELLY stated the motion carried.
CHAIRMAN KELLY stated the next order of business would be the
consideration of amendments to two professional services contracts.
The first amendment was to the Charles P. Meacham Professional
Services Contract, which changes the termination date of the
original contract to August 1, 1997. CHAIRMAN KELLY noted there
was no change in the dollar amount of the contract.
The second amendment was to the Douglas L. Blankenship Professional

Mr. Blankenship's contract through February 28, 1997.
