CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order
at 11:55 a.m., noting the presence of all committee members.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 75 (REGULATION OF ACCOUNTANTS) before th
committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of
the committee.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SB 75 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 77 (ALASKA DAY OF PRAYER) before the
committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of
the committee.
SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent SB 77 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SJR 13 (OPPOSE DEPT OF INTERIOR RS 2477
POLICY) before the committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked
for the pleasure of the committee
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SJR 13 be approved
for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.

FED COURT) before the committee, and hearing no discussion, he
asked for the pleasure of the committee.
SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent CSHB 120(JUD) be
approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing
no objection, it was so ordered.
