  CHAIRMAN KELLY  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order           
 at 12:00 p.m.  He brought  CSHCR 1(WTR)  (NORTH SLOPE NATURAL GAS             
 PROJECT) before the committee as the only order of business.                  
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved CSHCR 1(WTR) be approved for calendaring at the         
 Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.                 
                                                                               
 There being no further business to come before the committee,                 
  CHAIRMAN KELLY  adjourned the meeting at 12:01 p.m.
