the Chair's discretion. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN HALFORD brought SB 195 (PHYSICAL/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
BOARDS EXT.) before the committee as the next order of business.
SENATOR RIEGER explained that the committee had adopted a Rules CS
at its 4/20/94 meeting. However, when the new language was adopted
in the Rules CS, it necessitated a title change, and the new
committee substitute before the committee makes that change.
SENATOR RIEGER moved that CSSB 195(RLS) (dated 4/21/94, version o)
be adopted in lieu of the original committee substitute. Hearing
no objection, the motion carried.
SENATOR RIEGER moved that CSSB 195(RLS) be passed out of committee
with individual recommendations. Hearing no objection, it was so
ordered.
SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 195(RLS)
be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion. Hearing no
objection, it was so ordered.
CHAIRMAN HALFORD brought CSHB 454(FIN) (APPROP: COST OF OIL/GAS
LITIGATION) before the committee. The legislation was before the
committee on 4/18/94, and, at that time, a Senate CS was adopted
that changed the general fund to the constitutional budget reserve
fund. Inadvertently, when that amendment was drafted, a title
amendment was included which wasn't necessary. The new committee
substitute changes the title back to its original title.
JIM BALDWIN, Assistant Attorney, Department of Law, stated he
reviewed the new work draft and it appears to him to be in
appropriate form.
SENATOR RIEGER moved that SCS CSHB 454(RLS) (dated 4/20/94, version
o) be adopted. Hearing no objection, the motion carried.

454(RLS) be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
There being no further business to come before the committee, the
meeting was adjourned at 10:22 a.m.
