The Senate Rules Committee was called to order by Chairman
Jacko at 11:38 a.m.
SENATOR HALFORD moved and asked unanimous consent that the
following bills be approved for calendaring at the Chair's
discretion. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
SB 86 (FUND TRANSFERS UNDER THE UCC)
SB 112 (UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE REVISIONS)
SB 149 (REVISION OF BANKING CODE)
SENATOR RIEGER noted that he may be offering a minor
amendment on the floor on SB 86, but he had no objection to
the calendaring motion on it.
There being no further business to come before the
committee, the meeting was adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
