Number 001
The Senate Rules Committee was called to order by Chairman
Jacko at 12:23 p.m.
The first item on the agenda was SB 43 (GRANTS TO TRANSPLANT
ELK). There being no discussion, CHAIRMAN JACKO requested a
motion on SB 43.
SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 43
be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
Number 020
The next item for consideration was SB 46 (AUTHORIZE MOOSE
FARMING). There being no discussion, CHAIRMAN JACKO
requested a motion on SB 46.
SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 46
be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion.
Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
Number 033
CHAIRMAN JACKO brought SB 77 (INTENSIVE MANAGEMENT OF GAME
RESOURCES) before the committee. There being no discussion,
Chairman Jacko requested a motion on SB 77.
SENATOR HALFORD moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 77
be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion.

The next item taken up by the committee was HB 114 (efd add)
(DRUG DISPENSING:ADV. NURSE PRACTITIONERS). There being no
discussion, CHAIRMAN JACKO requested a motion on HB 114.
SENATOR HALFORD moved and asked unanimous consent that HB
114 (efd add) be approved for calendaring at the Chair's
discretion. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
Number 065
The final item taken up by the committee was SB 69 (RIGHT TO
USE LAWFUL PRODUCTS). However, because there was question
on whether the bill had received at least one "do pass"
recommendation before coming to the Rules Committee,
CHAIRMAN JACKO stated SB 69 would be held in committee.
There being no further business to come before the Senate
Rules Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
