He solicited a motion from Senator Costello. 8:31:23 AM SENATOR COSTELLO moved to elect Senator Giessel as Vice Chair of the Senate Rules Committee. 8:31:31 AM CHAIR COGHILL found no objection and stated that Senator Giessel would serve as Vice Chair of the Senate Rules Committee. 8:31:40 AM VICE CHAIR GIESSEL moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate Rules Committee delegate the rules and responsibilities to prepare the daily calendar as set out in Uniform Rule 18, including the scheduling of bills for the floor, to the chair of the committee for both regular and any and all special sessions of the Thirty-First Alaska State Legislature. 8:32:05 AM CHAIR COGHILL found no objection and it was so ordered.
