ACTION NARRATIVE 1:30:47 PM CHAIR CLAMAN called the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. Present at the call to order were Senators Kiehl, Tobin, and Chair Claman. SB 69-SEXUAL ASSAULT EXAMINATION KITS/TRACKING 1:31:18 PM CHAIR CLAMAN announced the consideration of SENATE BILL NO. 69 "An Act relating to sexual assault examination kits; establishing the sexual assault examination kit tracking system; and providing for an effective date." CHAIR CLAMAN announced that this is the third hearing of SB 69 in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The intention is to move the bill from committee today. 1:31:44 PM SENATOR KIEHL moved to report SB 69, work order 34-GS1317\A, from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal note(s). 1:32:00 PM CHAIR CLAMAN found no objection and SB 69 was reported from the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee. 1:32:59 PM There being no further business to come before the committee, Chair Claman adjourned the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee meeting at 1:32 p.m.
