meeting to order at 10:11 a.m.

EXPLANATION: Technical correction to project title.
Co-Chair Hoffman REMOVED his OBJECTION. There being NO

Act are retroactive to May 15, 2024.
*Sec. 24 Section 23 of this Act takes effect
immediately under as 01.10.070(c)
Renumber the following bill sections accordingly.
Page 56, line 19:
Delete "secs. 23 and 24"
Insert "secs. 24 - 26"
